Shipping Information
Buick NOS ships by US Postal Service. Outgoing shipments are made once and sometimes twice weekly. All shipments are fully insured. Our shipping charges include insurance and handling. All shipping charges are paid for by the customer. Minimum shipping charge is $9.90.
Damages or Shortages in Shipment
Damage in transit is the responsibility of the delivering carrier. Retain all packing materials and immediately contact the carrier to file your claim. Do not return damaged items to us as further shipping will result in the loss of claim settlement. All shortages and shipping damages must be reported within 7 days.
RETURN POLICY
No one like returns. It is an inconvenience for both you and me. Again, look at the pictures and be sure before you order. If you must, here are the rules to return an item.
Original invoice must be enclosed with returned item(s). Email in advance to acquire RA (return authorization) number. Returned parts must be in perfect resale condition and be in the original, sealed packaging. A reasonable inspection and restocking fee of 25% will apply unless item was misrepresented. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of invoice. No returns on electrical, printed material, collectibles, and used items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
